• You acknowledge and accept that your images will be processed using AI and digital imaging tools to convert them into colouring pages.

• This may include third-party tools or software solutions that utilise machine learning and image recognition to generate line art and artistic enhancements.

• While we always aim to recreate your photos as faithfully as possible, the likeness and accuracy of the final result may vary depending on the chosen style, image quality, lighting, and other creative variables.

• All outputs are created with care and intent to reflect the emotion and memory behind the original image, but exact replication is not guaranteed.

• By completing a purchase, you agree to this processing of your data and images.

3. Ownership and Licensing

All content created and displayed on this website, including logos, book previews, sample designs, and processed artworks, are the property of ColourMyStory and its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or republish any content or imagery from ColourMyStory without written consent.

• Use your final colouring book for commercial purposes without obtaining a commercial use license.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, reproduce, and publish the final artwork for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and optional promotional use (e.g., portfolio examples, unless you opt out).

• You accept that we may adapt, crop, stylise, or simplify parts of your submitted images for visual clarity and artistic quality.
